chiyiandDevin a9640ff059 feat(users): 彩色头像 + 操作列吸底 + 滚轮横滚

- 头像按用户名哈希出淡彩底色（9 色轮换），不再全灰
- 操作列 position:sticky 吸在右缘，横向滚动时按钮始终可见
- 鼠标纵向滚轮映射为表格横向滚动（滚到尽头放行给页面）
- 最小宽收窄 1280→1150，1440 视口基本放下

image2api frontend

Vue 3 + Vite frontend for image2api: user-facing generation UI (playground, gallery, docs, billing) plus the admin console (channels, models, users, orders, logs, config).

Develop

npm install
npm run dev        # http://localhost:5173

The dev server proxies /admin, /health, /images, /v1 to the backend. Start the Go backend separately (see backend/README.md).
