chiyiandDevin 6372b7cb8b fix(ui): 切换页面时整体抖动 — 固定滚动条槽位，去掉切页位移动画

页面有/无滚动条时视口宽度变化会让居中内容和固定导航横向跳动；
html 与后台 main 加 scrollbar-gutter: stable。
同时去掉切页淡入里的 translateY，只保留透明度过渡。

image2api frontend

Vue 3 + Vite frontend for image2api: user-facing generation UI (playground, gallery, docs, billing) plus the admin console (channels, models, users, orders, logs, config).

Develop

npm install
npm run dev        # http://localhost:5173

The dev server proxies /admin, /health, /images, /v1 to the backend. Start the Go backend separately (see backend/README.md).
