chiyiandDevin 58ee41a4f8 fix(users): 操作列加宽防挤压 + 吸底格补行分隔线

- 操作列 w-24→w-36，三个按钮不再贴边被切
- 吸底单元格补 inset 底边框，行分隔线延伸到最右缘
- 吸底表头补同款底边框

image2api frontend

Vue 3 + Vite frontend for image2api: user-facing generation UI (playground, gallery, docs, billing) plus the admin console (channels, models, users, orders, logs, config).

Develop

npm install
npm run dev        # http://localhost:5173

The dev server proxies /admin, /health, /images, /v1 to the backend. Start the Go backend separately (see backend/README.md).
