chiyiandDevin d37ca69f77 fix(ui): 全局 rescue 覆盖导致操作按钮一直是灰底

.theme-text .act 全局规则强制 surface-2 灰底，优先级高于
组件 scoped 样式。摘出 .act 单独给白底灰边，删除按钮白底粉边。

image2api frontend

Vue 3 + Vite frontend for image2api: user-facing generation UI (playground, gallery, docs, billing) plus the admin console (channels, models, users, orders, logs, config).

Develop

npm install
npm run dev        # http://localhost:5173

The dev server proxies /admin, /health, /images, /v1 to the backend. Start the Go backend separately (see backend/README.md).
