fix(playground): 参考文件徽标读取 custom 模型的分类上限

- max_reference_videos/audios 回落链改成 preset → 模型字段 → null;
  null 兜底只对 seedance 系默认 3/3,custom 模型未声明=0
- custom 模型的总参考上限 = 图+视+音相加(它的
  max_reference_images 只是图片类),不再错算成单类
- 徽标只显示上限 >0 的类别
